脑外伤及胚脑移植患者脑电地形图观察

摘    要:目的:探讨脑电地形图在脑外伤和胚脑移植病人临床价值。方法:应用NDC-200型脑电地形图仪对临床颅脑外伤患者及胚脑移植患者进行脑电信号检测和脑电功率谱分析。结果:脑外伤患者损伤侧病理性δ波和θ波的绝对功率值和相对功率值均明显地高于健侧和对照组;但经胚脑移植后,随着临床症状的改善,上述现象明显恢复并与正常对照组接近。结合在鼠脑额叶皮层损伤后进行胚脑移植的脑电地形图资料及形态学观察证实脑电地形图有改善的大鼠均有移植区存活良好的佐证。结论:脑电地形图能准确地定性,定量和定位反映脑功能状态的改变,并且可作为中枢神经系统再生功能测试手段之一。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the clinical value of brain electrical activity mapping (BEAM) in patients with cerebrocranium injury and fetal transplantation. Method: Patients with cerebrocranium injury and fetal neocortex transplantation were examined with power spectral analyses of EEGs by means of topographic mapping and computerized display of scalp. Results:The power of the pathological delta and thcta was higher in injured side than that in control side (P < 0.05), and the values of DT/AB also decreased (P < 0.05). The percentage of delta and theta in total power decreased while that of aipha and beta increased. At the same time,the power of all waves at corresponding areas in both sides of brain was symmetric, which was alike to normal persons. The results showed that BEAM could respond more precisely to the brain function in quantifying irregularity of EEGs. In the grafted rats with the frontal cortex removed by suction, the data of BEAM showed that the improvement of BEAM was exactly related to the survival of the graft. Conclusion:The results suggest that BEAM may be a good new method for investigating the function of CNS in the study of regeneration.
