| 摘 要： | 本文采用显微解剖、组织学连续切片、三维立体重建和电镜观察,研究了10例唇裂者口轮匝肌的错位排列,其主要结果如下:1.单侧完全唇裂的外侧部,肌束从口角沿唇缘行向上内,终止于裂缘下段外侧的真皮中,另一部分在裂缘外侧折向上,终止于鼻翼基部,在单侧唇裂的内侧部,人中部肌肉发育不良,肌纤维之间有线粒体积聚。2.双侧完全唇裂,人中部主要由胶原纤维和血管网组成,未见有肌纤维。3.正中完全唇裂,缺乏鼻小柱,牙槽骨正中有一缺损。

| Abstract: | The disorganization arrangement of the orbicularis oris muscle in 10 cases stillborn children with cleft lip was studied using microscopic dissection,histological serial section in horizontal,and frontal,three dimensional reconstructing the orbicularis oris muscle and electron microscopical examination.The results are as follow.1.In the lateral side of the unilateral complete cleft lip,the muscle bundle arising from the corner of the mouth runs forward uppermedian end in dermis of near cleft.A part of fibres of them runs up end in the alar base,In the medial side of the unilateral complete cleft,muscle in philtral column is hypoplastic,mitochodria accumulate bewteen fibers.2.In the bilateral comlete cleft lip,the philtrum consists of numerous blood vessel and collogen fibers,there is not muscle fibers in the philtrum. 3.In the central cleft lip,columnella is absent,there is a gap in the intermediate of the alveolar |
