摘    要:目的:比较冬虫夏草与固体发酵虫草在化学成分上的相似性。方法:采用薄层色谱法,从总体成分和不同提取部位比较冬虫夏草和固体发酵虫草。结果:固体发酵虫草斑点位置同冬虫夏草基本一致,只是大小有所差别。结论:固体发酵虫草与冬虫夏草有相似的化学成分,有待进一步研究。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To compared the similarity between Cordyceps Sinensis and Solid Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris in chemical components by TLC. METHODS: The similarity in total constituents and different extract fractions were compared between Cordyceps Sinensis and Solid Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris by TLC. RESULTS: Solid Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris and Cordyceps Sinensis were basically similar in that their TLC spots occurred at the corresponding place except a slight difference in size. CONCLUSION: Cordyceps Sinensis and Solid Fermentation of Cordyceps Militaris have similar chemical constituents, which remains to be further studied.
