| 摘 要： | 目的探讨柞蚕蛹性脑病的临床特征。方法对112例柞蚕蛹性脑病患者的临床资料进行系统分析。结果患者在 进食用柞蚕蛹后30min~6 h内发病,主要表现为锥体外系症状,多伴烦躁和恐惧。对治疗反应良好,在4～36h内痊愈。 结论 柞蚕蛹性脑病是以锥体外系症状伴烦躁和恐惧为主要表现的预后良好的疾病。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical features of tussah pupa encephalopathy. Methods The clinical data of the 112 cases of tussah pupa encephalopathy were analyzed systemically. Results The patients were attacked by extrapyramidal symptoms accompanied with dysphoria and phobia from 30 min to 6 h after taking in pupa of tussah. All patients recovered in 4-36 h after receiving treatment. Conclusion Tussah pupa of encephalopathy is a disease mostly showing extrapyramidal symptoms accompanied with dysphoria and phobia, which has a good prognosis. |
