微量反应盒及数码分类法鉴定常见致病酵母样菌

摘    要:目的 研究酵母样菌的鉴定方法。方法 用一种饰物16种碳源同化试验、尿素水解、硝酸盐同化及形态学观察的微量反应盒鉴定常见致病酵母样菌,并在此基础上对常见致病念球菌的反应结果进行分析,建立了数码分类法。结果 21项试验形成7位数码,进而形成15种编码,可对7种常见致病念球菌准确鉴定。结论 微量反应盒及数码分类法与API-20C比较,鉴定符合率为93%,可对常见致病酵母样菌准确鉴定。

Abstract:Objective To study the methods of yeast identification.Method We designed Micro reaction plate,it contained 16 carbon assimilation tests,urase reaction,nitrate assimilation and morphological studies.Result We identified the common yeasts in vagina.By analysing the results of the common pathogenic candida,we established the numeral classification method.21 tests formed 7 numbers.Finally we got 15 codes,it could identify 7 common candidas accurately.Conclusion The Micro reaction plate was compared with the APl 20C system.There was a 93% correlation between the two methods.
