间苯三酚及卡孕栓联合用于人工流产的临床效果

目的总结间苯三酚及卡孕栓联合用于人工流产的临床效果和安全性。方法随机选取自愿要求终止妊娠的妇女240例为研究对象,按照随机原则分为间苯三酚组、卡孕栓组和间苯三酚及卡孕栓联合应用组（以下简称＂联合组＂）,每组80例。间苯三酚组：术前15 min肌内注射40 mg;卡孕栓组：术前30 min消毒阴道后将卡孕栓0.5 mg置于阴道后穹隆部;联合组：两药联用。观察三组患者宫口扩张情况、阴道出血量、手术时间、人工流产综合征的发生例数、不良反应情况和术中镇痛效果。结果联合组宫颈扩张效果和镇痛效果明显高于其他单纯用药的两组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而间苯三酚组与卡孕栓组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。术中出血量三组比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,联合组手术时间显著短于其他两组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。联合组人工流产综合征发生率和不良反应发生率均低于其他两组,仅与卡孕栓组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论间苯三酚与卡孕栓联合应用于人工流产,宫颈扩张效果好,手术时间短,能明显减轻受术者的疼痛,不良反应少,手术安全可靠,值得推广。

Clinical effects of Phloroglucinol and Carboprost for induced abortion

Objective To investigate the clinical effects and safety of Phloroglucinol and Carboprost in induced abortion. Methods 240 cases of women voluntary requiring termination of pregnancy were selected randomly for the study.They were divided into Phloroglucinol group, Carboprost group and Phloroglucinol and Carboprost combined group（combined group for short）, 80 cases in each group. Phloroglucinol group： preoperative 15 min intramuscular injection 40 mg. Carboprost group： preoperative 30 min after disinfection vaginal placed Carboprost 0.5 mg vaginal fornix. Combined group： the combined application of two drugs. The cervical dilation, the number of cases and intraoperative analgesia vaginal bleeding, operation time, abortion syndrome occur and adverse reactions in three groups were observed.Results The intraoperative analgesia, palace mouth expansion in combined group were significantly higher than the other two groups of medication alone, there were statistically significant differences（P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference between Phloroglucinol group and Carboprost group（P〉0.05）. There was no significant in blood loss among the three groups（P〉0.05）. The operation time in combination group was significantly shorter than the other two groups, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The reducing abortion syndrome and the incidence of adverse reactions in combined group was lower than the other two groups, but the difference was statistically significant only compared with Carboprost group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Phloroglucinol applied with Carboprost used for abortion,it has good effect cervical dilatation and can significantly reduce pain and has fewer adverse reactions, which is safe and reliable.
