SQA-V精子质量分析仪与计算机辅助精液分析系统在土家族男性精液检测中的应用

目的对比评价SQA-V精子质量分析与计算机辅助精液分析系统对土家族男性精液的检测效果。方法选择2009年5月-2013年4月于湖北恩施土家族苗族自治州中心医院就诊行精液检查的土家族男性3000例,按生育能力是否正常分为正常组2236例及不育症组764例,对所有病例精液分别应用SQA-V精子质量分析与计算机辅助精液分析系统进行检验,对比两种检查所得DMPPFI六项参数：精子密度（SD）、精子活率（SM）、前向运动精子率（PR）、前向运动精子数（PRC）、有效精子密度（FSC）和精子活力指数（SMI）。同时对两种检查所得结果的相关性进行相关性分析。结果正常组及不育症组在应用SQA-V精子质量分析及计算机辅助精液分析系统检测所得的DMPPFI六项参数比较差异均无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。同时,应用SQA-V精子质量分析及计算机辅助精液分析系统检测所得DMPPFI六项参数间均存在显著的正向直线相关关系（r=0.984、0.930、0.971、0.995、0.902、0.990,均P=0.000）。结论 SQA-V精子质量分析与计算机辅助精液分析系统检测土家族男性DMPPFI六项参数均准确有效。

Comparison of application of SQA-V sperm quality analyzer and computer aided semen analysis system on seminal fluid detection for Tujia male

Objective To compare and evaluate the detection effect of SQA-V sperm quality analyzer and computer aided semen analysis system on seminal fluid of Tujia men. Methods 3000 cases of Tujia male with a semen examination from May 2009 to April 2013 in Hubei Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture Central Hospital were chosen and divided into 2236 cases of normal group and 764 cases of infertility group according to whether their fertility was normal, their seminal fluid was tested by SQA-V sperm quality analyzer and computer assisted semen analysis system respectively. 6 parameters of DMPPFI detected by the two examinations were compared： sperm density（SD）, sperm survival rate（SM）, forward movement sperm rate（PR）, forward movement sperm count（PRC）, effective sperm density（FSC） and sperm motility index（SMI） of the two kinds of inspection, and the correlation between two examinations was analyzed. Results There was no significant difference between the normal group and the infertility group on DMPPFI 6parameters which was tested by SQA-V sperm quality analyzer and computer aided semen analysis system（P〉0.05）.At the same time, the computer assisted sperm analysis system showed positive linear correlation relationship with the SQA-V sperm quality analyzer on the testing of 6 parameters of DMPPFI（r = 0.984, 0.930, 0.971, 0.995, 0.902, 0.990,P = 0.000）. Conclusion Both computer assisted semen analysis system and SQA-V sperm quality analyzer are accurate and effective for testing of DMPPFI 6 parameters of Tujia male.
