非卧床持续性腹膜透析与血液透析治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的比较(附84例分析)

目的　比较非卧床持续性腹膜透析 (CAPD)与血液透析 (HD)治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的效果及优缺点 ,以选择适当的透析方式。方法　将确诊为慢性肾功能衰竭行透析治疗的 84例患者分为CAPD组 (35例 )及HD组 (49例 ) ,并对其透析后的肾功能及血清各项生化指标、残余肾功能、并发症、存活率等进行比较。结果　两组透析后的BUN、Scr、STP、Hb、TC、HDL、K+ 差异无显著性 ,P 均 >0 .0 5 ;但CAPD组在保护残余肾功能方面明显优于HD组 ,P <0 .0 1 ;心血管疾患的发生率低于HD组 ,P <0 .0 5 ;而感染的发生率明显高于HD组 ,P <0 .0 5。结论　慢性肾功能衰竭血透与腹透的疗效基本相同而又各有其优缺点 ,在选择透析方式上应根据病人的具体情况而定

The efficacy comparison of continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis to hemodialysis in treatment of chronic renal failure: an analysis of 84 cases

Objective To compare the efficacy, benifits and defects between continuous ambulatory peritoneal dialysis (CAPD) and hemodialysis (HD) in treatment of chronic renal failure for selecting suitable dialysis way. Methods 84 patients who had been diagnosed with chronic renal failure and received dialysis therapy were randomly divided into Group CAPD (n=35) and Group HD (n=49). After dialysis, the renal function, every biochemistry serum indexes, residual renal function, complications and survival rate in these two groups were compared. Results After dialysis, the levels of BUN, Scr, STP, Hb, TC, HDL, K+in Groups CAPD and HD were the same, P>0.05. But in Group CAPD, the residual renal function had got better protection than in Group HD, P<0.01; the incidence of angiocardiopathy was obviously lower than that in Group HD, P<0.05, while the incidence of infection was significantly higher than that in Group HD, P<0.05. Conclusions The efficacy of HD and CAPD for treatmetn of chronic renal failure was almost the same and had their own benifits and defects, so it should depend on the patients' condition to select dialysis technique.
