| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨各种变应原与慢性荨麻疹发病的关系，为临床防治提供指导依据。方法：采用国际标准的皮肤点刺试验对124例慢性荨麻疹患者进行27种变应原的检测。结果：124例慢性荨麻疹患者的变应原检测阳性率达83．8％。屋尘螨、粉尘螨是慢性荨麻疹的主要变应原，各占58．10％、59．70％：其次是虾、杂草、松属、谷类和花粉（禾本科），分别占25．8％、23．4％、22．60％、17．70％和16．9％。其中对一种变应原呈阳性反应9例（7．26％），对两种变应原呈阳性反应为8例（6．45％），对三种及以上变应原呈阳性反应为65例（52．4％）。结论：慢性荨麻疹患者皮肤点刺试验有较高的变应原检出率，能为疾病的预防和进一步脱敏治疗提供可靠依据。
