| 摘 要： | 目的:通过检测GDM孕妇血清锌、铜、铁的含量变化,来探讨微量元素锌、铜、铁与GDM的关系。方法:采用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别检测30例GDM孕妇和60例正常孕妇血清锌、铜、铁含量。结果:GDM孕妇血清锌、铁含量明显低于正常孕妇,血清铜含量显著高于正常孕妇。结论:GDM孕妇体内微量元素锌、铜、铁含量在孕期确实发生了一定程度的改变。

| Abstract: | Objective：To detect the contents of serum zinc,copper and iron in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus,and therefore to investigate the effect of zinc.copper and iron on gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods：The contents of zinc.copper and iron in serum were determined in 30 patients with gestational diabetes mellitus and 60 healthy pregnancy women by FAAS.Results：The results shown zinc and iron level in serum of gestational diabetes mellitus were significantly lower than that of the healthy pregnancy women,The copper level was higher,and there were significantly difference.Conclusion：The relation between the trace elements and gestational diabetes mellitus was pointed out. |
