食物不耐受的临床检测与防治

摘    要:目的通过分析患者血清中14种食物过敏原的特异性IgG抗体水平,探讨以科学的饮食调节防治食物不耐受症。方法采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测。结果 25例受检者,其中19人检测阳性,6人阴性,阳性率76%;调节半年,25例受检者中有21人症状逐渐消失,仍有4例受检者有症状,有效率为84%。结论饮食调节对防治食物不耐受症有较好的作用。

Abstract:Objective To prevent food intolerance disease by means of dietary adjustments by analyzing specific IgG antibody levels of 14 kinds of food allergens in serum of patients.Methods Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay(ELISA)was used.Results In 25 cases of subjects,19 cases showed positive result and 6 cases showed negative results.The positive rate was 76%.After food adjustments for six months,symptoms of 21 cases in 25 cases of subjects gradually disappeared,while 4 cases still had intolerance symptoms.The effective rate was 84%.Conclusion Dietary adjustments had good effects on prevention of food intolerance.
