双灌注介入疗法治疗中晚期肝癌36例疗效观察

目的探讨双灌注介入疗法治疗中晚期肝癌的价值。方法对72例确诊肝癌病例随机分为对照组和观察组,分别行单纯肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术（TACE）和双灌注介入疗法,并按《实体瘤疗效评价标准》统计其疗效差别,进行回顾性分析,总结双灌注介入疗法的应用价值。结果单纯行肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术组总有效率为61.1%,行双灌注介入疗法组总有效率为77.8%。两组间比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论双灌注介入疗法比单纯行肝动脉灌注化疗栓塞术效果更加稳定确切,在不增加治疗副作用的前提下,达到了类似肝动脉-门静脉双途径介入治疗的目的,且减少了肝动脉-门静脉双途径介入治疗术后的不良反应和并发症,提高了患者的生活质量,延长了患者的生存期。

Observation of curative effects about dual-perfusion interventional therapy to treat 36 mid and late cancer cases

Objective Discusses the double infusion interventional therapy treatment mid and late stage advanced liver cancer＇s value.Methods Divides into the control group and the observation group stochastically to 72 example diagnosis liver cancer case,the distinction line of pure transcatheter arterial chemoembolization（TACE）and the double infusion interventional therapy,and counts its curative effect difference according to ＂Entity Lump Curative effect Evaluation criteria＂,and carries on the review analysis,summa-rizes the double infusion interventional therapy application value.Results Pure transcatheter arterial chemoembolization group total ef-fectiveness is 61.1%,line of the double infusion interventional therapy group total effectiveness is 77.8%.Two group of comparison differences have statistics significance（P0.05）.Conclusion The double infusion interventional therapy in does not increase the treat-ment side effect and under the toxic premise,has served the double involvement treatment purpose,and after reducing the double in-volvement iatrotechnics,the untoward effect and the complication,improved patient＇s quality of life and the lifetime.
