摘 要: | 目的 探讨衰老对小鼠骨髓细胞DNA的影响.方法 取青年组、老年组小鼠的骨髓细胞,通过微核、Tm值、细胞周期及p53基因表达检测,观察老年小鼠骨髓细胞DNA的变化.结果 老年组与青年组相比,微核率明显升高(P<0.05);老年小鼠骨髓细胞DNA熔解温度高于青年小鼠;老年组小鼠骨髓细胞周期G0~G1期的比例高于青年组(P<0.01),S期、G2~M期细胞的比例低于青年组(P<0.01);老年小鼠p53基因表达高于青年小鼠(P<0.05).结论 老年小鼠骨髓细胞DNA结构和功能有一定变化,可能是小鼠衰老的具体表现.

Abstract: | Objective To explore the effect of aging on mice bone marrow cell DNA.Methods Bone marrow cells from young and aging mice were obtained.Micronucleus,Tm value,cell cycle and p53 gene expression were detected.Results Compared with young mice,micronucleus rate was increased,DNA melting temperature was raised,the rate of bone marrow cell in G0-G1 stage was higher and lower in S stage and G2-M stage.The expression of p53 was higher in aging mice than that of young mice(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusions The structure an... |
