口腔护理结合饮食干预对口腔溃疡疗效的影响

目的研究口腔护理结合饮食干预对口腔溃疡疗效的影响。方法将78例口腔溃疡患儿随机分为对照组、观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ，各26例。对照组采用双氧水及锡类散进行口腔护理；观察组Ⅰ采用自制漱口液进行口腔护理；观察组Ⅱ口腔护理方法同观察组Ⅰ，并同时给予饮食干预。观察记录各组恢复正常进食时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间、进食达标情况。结果观察组Ⅰ、观察组Ⅱ恢复正常进食时间、口腔溃疡愈合时间均较对照组明显提前（P〈0．01）；观察组Ⅱ口腔溃疡愈合时间较观察组Ⅰ提前（P〈0．05）。观察组Ⅱ较观察组Ⅰ进食各种营养素更平衡。结论自制漱口液对口腔溃疡有较好疗效；饮食干预能够提高患者的科学饮食知识水平，促进营养平衡，促进口腔溃疡愈合。

Effects of Oral Nursing Care Combined with Diet Intervention on Stomacace

Objective To study the influence of oral nursing care combined with diet intervention on curative effects of stomacace. Methods 78 patients with stomacace were randomly divided into three groups（ Control group,26 cases;Study group Ⅰ ,26 cases and Study group Ⅱ ,26 cases）. Hydroperoxide and Xilei powder was used in control group and self-made gargle was used in study group Ⅰ and Ⅱ for oral nursing, and at the same time diet intervention was performed in study group Ⅱ. Investigating and taking the time of resuming normal eating and healing stomacace in all groups. Results The indexes which can indicate the clinical curative effects in study group Ⅰ and Ⅱ were all significant better than those in control group（ P 〈 0.01 ）. The time of stomacace healing in study group Ⅱ was more improved than that in study group I （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The nutrition balance in study group Ⅱ was better than that in study group Ⅰ. Conclusions Self-made gargle can improve the curative effects of stomacace and diet intervention can improve patient scientific diet knowledge, nutrition balance and stomacace healing.
