C-erbB-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义

目的：研究C-erbB-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌中表达的规律及其在子宫内膜癌的发生、预后评估的临床价值。方法：用免疫组化法（S-P）检测正常子宫内膜15例作为对照组，子宫内膜癌高、中、低分化各15例为实验组，观察C-erbB-2蛋白住正常子宫内膜及不同内膜癌中的阳性表达。结果：C-erbB-2蛋白在子宫内膜癌中的阳性表达明显升高，有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；C-erbB-2蛋白阳性表达率与临床分期（P〈0．05）、组织分化程度（P〈0．05）有关。结论：C-erbB-2蛋白与子官内膜瘴的发生密切相关，C-erbB-2蛋白表达增加提示子宫内膜癌恶性程度高，且提示子宫内膜癌患者预后不良。

Expression of C-erbB-2 protein in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance

Objective:To study the expression of C-erbB-2 protein in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance in the genesis of endometrial carcinoma and evaluation of prognosis. Methods:The expression of C-erbB-2 protein in 45 cases of endometrial carcinoma in three types of high,middle,low differentiation with 15 cases in each type as experimental group and 15 normal endometrium controls was respectively detected by S-P. Results:The expression of C-erbB-2 protein in endometrial carcinoma increased obviously compared with the control group,with a statistical significance(P<0.05). The positive rate of C-erbB-2 protein was correlated with the clinical staging(P<0.05) and degree of tissue differentiation(P<0.05). Conclusion:C-erbB-2 protein is closely correlated with the occurrence of endometrial carcinoma. The over expression of C-erbB-2 protein indicates a poor prognosis of patients with endometrial carcioma.
