| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨经鼻内镜泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗老年性复发性泪囊炎的临床效果。方法:回顾性分析鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔吻合术治疗老年复发性泪囊炎患者22例(26眼),观察临床疗效。结果:20例患者(26眼)术后随访6月-2年,治愈24眼(95.7%),好转2眼(4.3%)。结论:鼻内镜下泪囊鼻腔造孔术治疗老年复发性泪囊炎疗效好,创伤小,简便快捷。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the effect of the nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy on eldly patients with chronic dacryocystitis.Methods: 22 eldly patients(26 eyes) suffering from chronic dacryocystitis received nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy.Their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Of all 26 eyes,24 eyes(95.7%) were cured,2eyes(4.3 %) obviously improved.No complications occurred.Conclusion: Nasal endoscopic dacryocystorhinostomy is an effective surgical method to treat chronic dacryocys... |
