加强消毒供应室管理以预防和控制医院感染

目的加强消毒供应室管理,预防和控制医院感染。方法按照《医院消毒供应室验收标准》,设计规范的建筑布局及科学合理的工作流程;强化全员预防医院感染的意识,培养良好的职业素质;严格执行操作流程,严把消毒灭菌质量关;严格落实灭菌效果监测及一次性医疗用品管理制度。结果提高了全室人员预防医院感染的意识,医院感染得到有效预防和控制。结论规范的布局与科学的管理是提高消毒供应质量,预防和控制医院感染的重要保证。

Strengthen management of central sterile supply department in order to prevent and control nosocomial infection

Objective Strengthen the management of central sterile supply department in order to prevent and control nosocomial infection.Methods According to ＂Acceptance Level of Central Sterile Supply Department＂,we designed a normative architectural composition and scientific work flow;strengthened the medical stuff＇s preventive consciousness of nosocomial infection,cultured higher vocational quality,executed the operation flow strictly,controlled the quality strictly,and carried out strictly the effect monitoring of pressure steam sterilizing and the system of disposable medical appliances.Results The preventive consciousness of nosocomial infection of the medical workers in central sterile supply department was strengthened.Nosocomial infection was prevented and controlled effectively.Conclusions The normative architectural composition and scientific work flow is an important guarantee that can improve the quality of sterile supply and prevent and control nosocomial infection.
