| Abstract: | Insulin resistance(IR) plays an important role in etiology and pathophysiology of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS). The understanding for mechenism and pathophysiology of PCOS and IR contributes for us to select appropriate treatment method. This article reviewed relation between PCOS and IR, and progress in treatment for women with PCOS, aiming to provide a theoretical basis for reasonable use of drugs for patients with PCOS. |
