聚氧乙烯在口服控释制剂中的应用

摘    要:简要介绍了聚氧乙烯的理化性质,综述了近年来聚氧乙烯在口服渗透泵片(OPT)、结肠靶向制剂、部分互相渗透聚合物网络(Semi—IPN)等口服控释制剂中的应用,并与羟丙基甲基纤维素(HPMC)在控释制剂中的应用进行了比较,最后探讨了聚氧乙烯的相对分子质量和药物溶解度对控释制剂释放动力学的影响。

Abstract:The physicochemical properties and the application of polyenthylene oxide in oralsustained-release preparations including osmotic pump tablet,colon-targeted form and semi isotonicpolymer net were reviewed.The comparison of polyenthylene oxide functions with hydroxyl-propyl-methyl cellulose in the sustained release preparation and effects of relative molecular mass of polyenthy-lene oxide and solubility of drug substances on the dynamic profiles of the sustained-release formulationwere discussed.
