大学生生殖健康教育与服务需求情况的调查研究

目的了解大学生生殖健康与预防艾滋病相关知、信、行水平及教育和服务需求情况。方法定量与定性研究相结合,以自编KAP问卷和访谈提纲调查某大学学生和部分教职管理人员。结果定量调查显示：学生具有一定的性生理知识,联合国艾滋病高级会议（UNGASS）指标5个题目的正答率在37.4%～81.8%之间;大学生对婚前性行为、恋爱持开放宽容的态度;22.6%的人表示有过性行为;29.8%的学生认为最需要得到的帮助是学习生殖健康和艾滋病的相关知识。定性调查所获信息与定量调查结果相似。结论在大学开展生殖健康与预防AIDS健康教育既紧迫又有有利的基础,对大学生的生殖健康与预防AIDS教育应成为大学教育不可缺少的一部分。

Survey on reproductive health education and service demands of College students

Objective To know about the situation of reproductive health and knowledge, attitude and behavior on HIV/AIDS prevention and the service demands of college students. Methods Using the methods of quantitative and qualitative study, students and some teaching managers and teachers were surveyed with self-designed KAP questionnaire and interview outline. Results The quantitative study showed that students had some knowledge on sexual physiology,the rate of UNGASS indicator＇s five subjects was between 37.4% to 81.8%; attitude of students on premarital sex and love is tolerance; 22.6% of students had premarital-sex behavior; 29.8% of students considered that the greatest need they wanted was to help them to learn more knowledge related to reproductive health and HIV/AIDS. The qualitative study obtained similar information as quantitative studies. Conclusion It has both urgent and beneficial basis on reproductive health and HIV/AIDS prevention health education in the university, it could be an indispensable part of university education.
