西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎和控制菌斑的临床疗效观察

目的：观察和评价西帕依固龈液治疗牙龈炎及控制菌斑的临床疗效。方法：53例单纯性牙龈炎患者随机分为2组，实验组28例用西帕依固龈液含漱，对照组25例用0．9％生理盐水含漱，每天5次，1周后复诊。观察治疗前后临床症状和菌斑指数、牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数的变化，并采集龈下菌斑，进行刚果红染色，镜检计数螺旋体、球菌等菌的变化。结果：2组患者治疗前牙周各项指数的平均值差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。治疗后实验组的牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数及菌斑指数均有明显改善（P〈0．01），镜检螺旋体计数减少，球菌、杆菌数量明显增加，与用药前比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论：西帕依固龈液作为一种治疗牙龈炎的口腔用药，可明显改善菌斑的组成，促进正常口腔生态环境的建立。

Effects of Xipayi mouth rinse on gingivitis

Objective: To investigation the effects of effects of Xipayi mouth rinse on the control of dental plaque in cases with gingivitis. Methed: Patients with gingivitis were randomly divided to experiment group and control group. The Xipayi mouth rinse in experiment group and 0. 9% sodium chloride in control group were used by the patients for 7 days and 5 times each day, Plaque Index (PLI), gingival index (GI) , sulcus bleeding index (SBI) were measured before and after treatment. Subgingival plaque sample were collected and stained by congo red solution. A total of 200 bacteria were counted including spirochae-ta, coccus, bacillus, fusiformis and campylobacter. Result:GI, SBI and PLI in experiment group were significantly impoved (P <0. 01) after seven-day washing. In addition, the effectiveness of treatment in experiment group was significantly better than that in control group (P <0. 01). Conclusion: Xipayi mouth rinse can control dental plaque and relieve gingivitis effectively.
