钉螺生存发育与土壤成分的相关研究

摘    要:目的探讨引江济淮工程沿线土壤微环境是否适宜钉螺生存。方法在工程沿线地区不同纬度地区选取7个观察点,进行钉螺笼养,同时土壤采样,检测土壤钙、镁、铜、锰、磷、硫、氨氮、硝态氮、亚硝态氮、有机质、腐殖质含量和PH值。在此基础上,比较各观察点的土壤成分差异,同时研究影响钉螺生存与发育的土壤因素。结果单因素分析显示,除硫、氨氮外,其它土壤成分均与钉螺生存有关,logistic回归分析则显示仅钙一项对钉螺生存的影响有较显著意义,R为0.1725。以卵巢宽度作为钉螺性腺发育指标,多元回归显示钙、镁、硝态氮三者与其相关,但决定系数(R~2)为0.204,作用不显著。土壤成分各观察点除居巢区巢湖闸点的钙、铜、锰、磷、硝态氮等成分含量较高外,未见一定的地理变化趋势。结论研究的初步结果未给出在引江济淮工程沿线地区钉螺不宜生存的提示。考虑到此次钉螺观察期较短,建议继续观察,观察期延长至钉螺的一个生命周期或一代以上。

Abstract:Objective to explore the impacts of the elements of soil on snail life. Methods Seven spots were selected on the area gotten through by the project "yin jiang ji huai". In each spot snails were cultivated in the cages, meanwhile soil samples were detected of the PH value and the contents of Ca, Mg, Gu, Mn, P, S, nitrate nitrogen, nitrite nitrogen, animated nitrogen, organic compound, humus. Finally, Compar the difference of soil elements in each spot, and study the factor of influering the subsistence and growth of snail. Results Single-factor analysis shows the elements apart from S and animated nitrogen correlate the subsistence of snail, but logistic regression analysis reveals that only Ca is evidently significant; by ovarian width as the growth index of snail gonad, multiple linear regression reveals that Ca, Mg and nitrate nitrogen is related to the growth of ovary, and R square is 0.204, which suggests the influence is just a little significant; the contents of Ca, Cu, Mn, P, nitrate nitrogen at Chaohu water gate is apparently higher than those at the other spots, but the content or value of each soil element takes on no tendency related latitude. Conclusions In this study, no forceful evidences showed that snail were not fitting to live in the area of the project. Considering the short of observation period. we suggest to prolong it to a life circle of snail or more.
