| 摘 要： | 目的:建立吸收系数法测定吡嗪酰胺片中的溶出度.方法:采用紫外分光光度中的吸收系数法,吸收系数E(1 m)652.结果:本法与对照品法无显著性差异.结论:本方法简便易行、快速、准确,可作为该制剂的质量控制方法.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish an absorption coefficient method for determination of the dissolution of Pyrazinamide tablets. Methods: The ultraviolet-spetrophotometry-absorptivity(652) was used. The absorption coefficient (E_(1cm)~(1%)) was 652. Results: There is no significent difference between absorption coefficient method and standard method. Conclusion: The method is simple, quick and accurate. It can be accepted for the quality control of pyrazinamide tablets. |
