| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨血清CA19—9、CA24—2、TSGF联合检测对胰腺癌诊断的意义。方法：采用电化学发光检测CA19—9、CA24—2、，化学比色法测定TSGF。结果：胰腺癌患者血清CAl9—9、CA24—2和TSGF水平及阳性率均明显高于正常对照组（P〈0．05）；三项标志物联合检测的敏感性和诊断准确性均比单项检测高。结论：联合检测血清中的CA19—9、CA24—2、TSGF对胰腺癌的诊断具有重要的临床意义。

| Abstract: | Objective ：To explore the clinical significance of combined detection of serum CA19 -9, CA24 -2 and TSGF levels for diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma. Methods：Technique of biochemical colorimetric was used to detect the serum TSGF level and electrochemiluminescence immunoassay was used to measure the serum CAI9 - 9 and CA24 - 2 levels. Results： The levels and the positive rates of serum CA19 - 9, CA24 - 2 and TSGF of pancreatic carcinoma patients were significantly higher than those of normal controls （P 〈 0.05）. The diagnostic sensitivity and accuracy of serum CA19 -9, CA24 -2 and TSGF combined detection was higher than that of single assay. Conclusion： The combined detection of serum CA19 -9, CA24 -2 and TSGF levels is of important clinical significance in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma. |
