摘    要:目的:通过动物实验模型观察白鲜皮提取物的抗过敏和止痒作用。方法:建立动物瘙痒和Ⅳ型变态反应模型,以致痒组胺总量和小鼠耳廓肿胀度为指标,观察白鲜皮提取物抗过敏疗效。结果:白鲜皮提取物高、中剂量组致痒阈值高于空白对照组,白鲜皮提取物高剂量组较空白对照组显著降低2,4-二硝基氯苯致敏所导致的小鼠耳廓肿胀度。结论:白鲜皮提取物可以对抗Ⅳ型变态反应和提高致痒阈值,对湿疹的治疗有一定意义。

The Anti-eczema Experimental Study on Extract from Cortex Dictamni

Abstract:Objective: To observe the anti-allergic and anti-pruritic effect of the extract from Cortex Dietamni through the establishment of animal models. Methods: To establish animal itching and allergic model and observe the anti-allergic and anti-pruritic effect of the extract from Cortex Dictamni by using induced itch histamine total amount and mouse ear swelling as indicators.Results: The high and middle dose group made the induced itch threshold higher than that in the control group. The high dose group can reduce ear edema in mice caused by dinitrochlorobanzene sensitization significantly. Conclusion: The extract from Cortex Dictamni can fight 1V allergic and improve induced itch threshold so that there may be some significance for the treatment of eczema.
