经阴道超声检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值

目的：探讨经阴道超声检查在异位妊娠诊断中的价值。方法：回顾性分析56例异位妊娠患者的超声、手术和病理资料。结果：经阴道超声诊断正确52例,符合率为92.9%。结论：经阴道超声分辨率高,图像显示清晰,操作简单,对异位妊娠的检出率非常高,在异位妊娠的诊断中具有较高的实用价值。

Value of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

Objective ： To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods ： To retrospectively analyze ultrasound, surgical and pathological data gathered from 56 patients diagnosed with ectopie pregnancy. Results ： 52 cases were correctly diagnosed with transvaginal ultrasound, achieving an accuracy rate of 92.9%. Conclusion ： Transvaginal ultrasound is capable of producing high- resolution image that is crystal clear, while being relatively simple to operate. It demonstrates very high detection rate of ectopic pregnancy in this study, thus, can have high practical values in the diagnosis of ectopie pregnancy.
