负压封闭引流技术治疗糖尿病足难愈创面32例

目的：探讨持续负压封闭引流（vacuum-sealing drainage,VSD）技术治疗糖尿病足创面的临床效果。方法：应用VSD治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面32例。结果：32例病足均痊愈,植皮皮片存活良好,创面满足植皮条件时间10～16d。结论：负压封闭引流治疗糖尿病足溃疡创面,可促进创面炎症消退,刺激创面肉芽生长,同时能为皮肤缺损创面二期植皮创造有利的手术条件,明显缩短治疗时间,效果显著。

Vacuum Sealing Drainage Technique in Treatment of 32 Cases of Diabetic Foot Wounds

Objective ： To discuss the clinical effect of vacuum sealing drainage（vacuum-sealing drainage, VSD） technology in treatment of diabetic foot wounds. Methods ： VSD was applied in treatment of 32 cases of diabetic foot ulcer wound. Results ： 32 cases of patients＇ feet were cured, the skin graft survived, wound met the grafting conditions for 10-16 days. Conclusion ： The vacuum sealing drainage in the treatment of diabetic foot ulcers can promote wound inflammation subsided, stimulate the growth of granulation for skin wounds and create a favorable surgical conditions, and significantly shorten the treatment time, and the effect is significant.
