空心螺钉内固定治疗骶髂关节脱位

目的：探讨空心螺钉内固定治疗骶髂关节脱位的临床效果。方法：于笔者所在医院骨外科收治的骶髂关节脱位患者共22例，均在C臂X线引导下使用奎心螺钉进行骶髂关节内固定治疗，结果：所有患者均得到随访，22例患者均可下地行走，无一例发生骶髂关节移位、疼痛或者关节炎等并发症。6例已经取出螺钉，其他患者未取出，取出螺钉的患者关节无再脱位、再移位。结论：空心螺钉内固定治疗骶髂关节脱位具有手术时间短、术中出血量少和创伤小的优点，可在临床上广泛应用。

Hollow Screw Internal Fixation in Treatment of Sacroiliac Joint Dislocation

Objective ：To discuss the clinical effect of crew hollow internal fixation in treatment of sacroiliac joint dislocation .Methods ：In our bone surgery were sacroiliac joint dislocation of the patients were 22 cases, in Carm X-ray guidance of 22 patients are using hollow screws sacroiliac joint internal fixation for.Results ：All patients were, 22 patients are actually on, no case was happened sacroiliac joint shift, the pain or complications, such as arthritis. 6 eases has been removed screws, other patients did not take out, remove the screw of the patients joint is no longer dislocation, then shift.Conclusion ：The hollow screw internal fixation for the sacroiliac joint dislocation has short operative time, less perioperative bleeding wound the advantages of small and should be widely applied in clinic.
