B超检查诊断孕期胎儿畸形的应用价值

目的：探究孕期B 超检测诊断胎儿畸形的临床应用价值.方法：本院2009 年1 月-2011 年12 月收治1586 例孕期妇女,均行B 超检测,总结B 超检查胎儿畸形的检出率,并在生产后与结果进行对比.结果：通过对不同孕期的胎儿进行B 超检查发现,共计42 例胎儿畸形病例,其中12~14 周后检查发现7 例,18~24 周后检测发现16 例,28 周后检测发现15 例,37 周后及产前1 周检测发现4 例.术后发现漏诊病例3 例.结论：采用B 超检查孕期妇女体内的胎儿是否健康是最直接有效的方式,具有重要的临床诊断价值.
