上海市宝山区高危人群梅毒、艾滋病监测结果分析

目的为了解上海市区卖淫、嫖娼、吸毒人员的艾滋病感染情况，探索艾滋病综合监测工作机制。方法对该地区公安抓获的卖淫、嫖娼者和社工帮教的吸毒对象进行询问调查后，采集静脉血，运用胶体硒法和梅毒环状卡片试验分别作人类免疫缺陷病毒（HIV）抗体及梅毒初筛检测。结果254名卖淫、嫖娼者梅毒初筛检出阳性12例，阳性检出率为4．72％；加上42名吸毒者共296份样品，作HIV抗体初筛检测呈阳性反应的1份，最终确认为阴性。结论虽检测未发现HIV抗体确认阳性病例，但这类高危人群传播HIV的风险意识和社会责任意识相当差。故在这类高危人群中定期开展梅毒和艾滋病检测，有利于早发现疫情，有效控制和管理传染源，及时提供政府信息，以便采取对策措施。

Surveillance on AIDS and Syphilis among the High Risk Population in Baoshan District of Shanghai

[ Objective] To learn the infection of AIDS among the prostitutes, whoremasters and druggers in Baoshan District of Shanghai and explore the comprehensive surveillance mechanism against AIDS. [ Methods] Investigation was made on all the caught prostitutes, whoremasters and druggers ; their vein blood was collected to detect the HIV antibody and syphilis screening with colloidal selenium assay and syphilis circle card. [ Results] 12 out of 254 （4.72%） prostitutes and whoremasters were found positive for syphilis; 1 out of 296 detected subjects was found positive in the HIV antibody prescreening but was finally proved to be negative. [ Conclusion] Although no HIV positive case was found, the high risk population was also proved to lack risk consciousness of HIV spread and social responsibility; it is necessary to conduct detection of AIDS and syphilis among the high risk population for the early diagnosis and control of the two diseases.
