氟伐他汀对慢性充血性心力衰竭血清抵抗素水平的影响

目的:观察氟伐他汀对慢性充血性心力衰竭(CHF)患者血清抵抗素浓度的影响。方法:临床选择CHF患者49例,随机分为CHF对照组(25例)和CHF治疗组(24例)。两组均给予常规治疗,CHF治疗组除常规治疗外还给予氟伐他汀口服8周(20mg/d)。治疗前、后分别测定左心室舒张末内径(LVDd)、左心室射血分数(LVEF)、血清抵抗素浓度,并行6min步行距离分析。结果:(1)与治疗前对比,CHF对照组和治疗组治疗后LVEF明显增加(P<0.05),LVDd降低,6min步行距离增加,血清抵抗素明显下降(P<0.05)。(2)治疗8周后,CHF治疗组LVEF、LVDd、6min步行距离和抵抗素水平与CHF对照组对比有明显差异(P<0.05)。结论:氟伐他汀能改善心功能,并降低CHF患者血清抵抗素水平。

The effect of fluvastatin on serum concentration of resistin in patients with chronic heart failure

Objective:To observe the effect of fluvastatin on serum concentration of resistin in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods:49 subjects were divided into two groups:CHF control group(n=25) and CHF treatment group(n=24).Patients in both the CHF control group and the CHF treatment group were given conventional medicine treatment.Patients in the CHF treatment group were given orally fluvastatin(20 mg/day) for eight weeks besides conventional medicine treatment.Left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd),6-minute walking distance and resistin were evaluated in all patients before and after treatment.Results:(1) Compared to those before treatment,LVEF and 6-minute walking distance increased(P<0.05)and LVDd and resistin decreased(P<0.01)after treatment in both the CHF control group and the CHF treatment group.(2) After treatment for 8 weeks,LVEF,LVDd,6-minute walking distance and resistin in the CHF treatment group were significantly different compared to those in the CHF control group.Conclusion:Fluvastatin can improve heart function and lower serum concentration of resistin.
