摘    要:目的建立高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定芬太尼血药浓度的方法。方法本实验以乙腈:磷酸盐(0.015ol/LNaH2PO4,pH=5)=40:60为流动相,流速3ml/min,紫外吸收波长为200nm。结果高效液相色谱法对血浆中药物的最低检测浓度为1ng/ml,线形范围6-300ng/ml。对芬太尼方法回收率均大于95%,日间日内相对标准偏差均小于10.0%。结论高效液相色谱法简便、准确,能满足临床对芬太尼血药浓度的测定。

Abstract:Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of concentration of fentanyl in human plasma. Methods The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrilwater (0.0015 mol/LNaH2PO4, pH = 5.0) = 40: 60, the UV detector wavelength was at =200 nm. Results The detection limit was 1ng/ml,and the calibration curve was linear in the range from 6 - 300ng/ml. The recovery of fentanyl from human plasma was more than 95%. The daily and intraday and RSD were all less than 10.0%. Conclusion The HPLC method is rapid and accurate for determination of fentanyl in human plasma.
