| 摘 要： | 目的建立高效液相色谱（HPLC）法测定芬太尼血药浓度的方法。方法本实验以乙腈：磷酸盐（0．015ol／LNaH2PO4，pH=5）=40：60为流动相，流速3ml／min，紫外吸收波长为200nm。结果高效液相色谱法对血浆中药物的最低检测浓度为1ng／ml，线形范围6-300ng／ml。对芬太尼方法回收率均大于95％，日间日内相对标准偏差均小于10．0％。结论高效液相色谱法简便、准确，能满足临床对芬太尼血药浓度的测定。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a HPLC method for determination of concentration of fentanyl in human plasma. Methods The mobile phase was composed of acetonitrilwater （0.0015 mol/LNaH2PO4, pH = 5.0） = 40： 60, the UV detector wavelength was at =200 nm. Results The detection limit was 1ng/ml,and the calibration curve was linear in the range from 6 - 300ng/ml. The recovery of fentanyl from human plasma was more than 95%. The daily and intraday and RSD were all less than 10.0%. Conclusion The HPLC method is rapid and accurate for determination of fentanyl in human plasma. |
