| 摘 要： | 从《原机启微》眼科“十八病”的病因病机学说部分出发，论述其精辟内涵，将“十八病”内容概括为阴与阳、气与血、风与火几对病机总纲，并讨论其中重视脾胃的学术思想特色。认为《原机启微》病因病机学说不仅是眼科病证的辨证纲领，同样对临床各科的辨治也能起到提纲性的作用，具有很高的学术价值。
