加热湿化器在气管插管拔管前氧疗中的效果观察

目的:观察加热湿化器在气管插管拔管前氧疗患者气道湿化中的应用效果。方法:将我院ICU气管插管64例患者,随机分为两组,采用加热湿化器给氧法患者32例,采用湿化瓶鼻导管吸氧、定时间断气道湿化法32例,观察两组患者气道湿化效果及气道应激反应、患者舒适度。结果:加热湿化器给氧法患者痰液粘稠度、气道高反应、患者舒适度明显优于湿化瓶鼻导管吸氧、定时间断气道湿化法,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论:加热湿化器给氧法能持续保持良好气道湿化,提高患者舒适度及氧疗效果。

Observation the effect of continuous humidified heating airway applied in patinets with oxygen therapy arificial airway.

Objective：To observe the nursing effects of method of continuous humidified heating airway applied in patients with oxygen therapy through artificial airway. Methods：64 in -patients were randomly divided into two groups,32 patients in experiment group treated by method of continuous humidified heating airway and others treated by traditional airway humidity method. The effects of intervention were evaluated in the stress reaction of airway and comfort of patients. Results：The method of continuous humidified heating airway method was better than traditional method in view of reducing the quantity of sputum secretion, degree of airway humidity and acute reaction of respiratory tract, there was significant meanings（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ：The method of continuous humidifiy heating nursing is superior to the traditional humidity method in respect of keeping well effect of airway humidification and reducing the complications of artificial airway.
