药学干预前后我院I类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用及评价

摘    要:目的了解我院实施药学干预措施前后I类切口围手术期抗菌药物使用情况及药学干预效果。方法抽取2012年10月至2013年3月I类切口手术病历763份进行统计分析,其中药学干预前420份,药学干预后343份。结果药学干预前I类切口围手术期抗菌药物的使用率为77.1%,药学干预后使用率下降至48.4%,干预前后差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),且药学干预后在给药时机、用药时限、药物选择等方面的合理性均有一定的提高。结论药学干预后,本院I类切口围手术期预防性抗菌药物使用趋于合理。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the application of antibacterials in surgical patients with type I incision operation during perioperative period before and after pharmaceutical intervention in our hospital, and the effect of pharmaceutical intervention as well. Methods Seven hundred and sixty-three medical histories of surgical patients with type I incision operation from Oct. 2012 to Mar. 2013 were selected for statistical analysis, including 420 medical histories before pharmaceutical intervention and 343 histories after pharmaceutical intervention. Results The rate of drug application for type I incision operation during perioperative period before phar maceutical intervention was 77.1% , while the rate of drug application for the same type incision operation decreased to 48.4% , with statistical significance(P 〈0.05 ). Furthermore, the time of medication, the duration of medication and rationality in the selection of drugs all improved to some extent. Conclusion Following pharmaceutical intervention, the prophylactic application of antibacterials in surgical patients with type I incision operation during perioperative in our hospital tended to be more rational.
