11 154名体检人员心理健康状况调查与分析

目的探讨2010-2011年某疗养院健康体检人员的心理健康状况与特点。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对11154名体检人员进行测评，数据采用SPSS15．0软件包进行统计分析。结果体检人员SCL~O总分及各因子分均显著低于国内常模；女性在总分、躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖上均显著高于男性；不同年龄段比较，除SCL-90总分、阳性项目数、抑郁无明显差异外，其余各因子分差异均存在统计学意义；25岁以下及55岁以上女性在SCL-90总分及各因子得分上均显著偏高。结论青年和老年女性的心理健康状况值得关注。

Analysis on the mental health status of 11 154 personnel receiving physical examination

Objective To study the mental health status and features of military personnel receiving physical examination in the sanatorium from 2010 to 2011. Methods Mental health evaluation was made on 11 154 personnel receiving physical examination by using Symptom Checklist 90 （SCL-90）. Data obtained were analyzed with SPSS15.0 software kit. Results The total SCL-90 scores and the scores of others factors in physical examination personnel were all significantly lower than those of the Chinese norm. The total scores and the scores of somatization, obsessive-compulsive disorder, depression, anxiety and phobia for the female were all significantly higher than those of the male. When comparisons were made between different age groups, significant differences could be seen in the scores of various factors, except total SCL-90 scores, the number of positive items and depression. For females with an age of less than 25 and females with an age of over 55, the total SCL-90 scores and scores of other factors were significantly higher. Conclusion Atten tion should be paid to the mental health status of young and elderly females.
