左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床效果观察

目的：探究左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法选取2012年3月—2013年12月我院收治的宫颈炎患者100例，随机分成试验组和对照组，每组50例。试验组患者给予左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗，对照组患者给予阿奇霉素治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果试验组患者治疗有效率（94％）高于对照组（62％）（P 〈0.05）。试验组2例（4％）患者出现轻度恶心等不良反应，对照组1例（2％）患者出现不良反应，差异无统计学意义（P 〉0.05）。结论左氧氟沙星联合阿奇霉素治疗宫颈炎的症临床效果显著。

Clinical Effect of Levofloxacin Combined with Azithromycin in the Treatment of Cervicitis

Objective To explore the clinical effect of levofloxacin combined with azithromycin in the treatment of cervicitis. Methods A total of 100 patients with cervicitis in our hospital from March 2012 to December 2013 were selected, who were randomly divided into experimental group and control group,50 cases in each group. The experimental group was trea-ted with levofloxacin combined with azithromycin,the control group was treated with azithromycin. The clinical efficacy and ad-verse reactions were compared between two groups. Results The treatment efficiency of experimental group（94% ）was higher than control group（62% ）（P 〈 0. 05）. 2 patients（4% ）had mild nausea and other adverse reactions in experimental group, 1 patient（2% ）had adverse reactions in the control group（P 〉 0. 05）. Conclusion Levofloxacin combined with azithromycin has certain effect on cervicitis.
