责任制护理对股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者疼痛的影响

目的探讨责任制护理对股骨粗隆间骨折术后患者疼痛的影响。方法选择2010年12月至2012年12月手术治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者86例，经患者知情同意后，分为干预组和对照组，每组43例。其中干预组以责任制整体护理模式对患者进行责任护理，对照组仅进行常规骨科护理。通过2组患者疼痛评分对比，比较责任制护理对股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后疼痛的影响。结果干预组患者术后疼痛明显低于对照组，术后疼痛评分分别为（1．53±0．83）、（2．19±1．20）分，2组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论责任制护理在股骨粗隆间骨折术后可以明显减轻患者疼痛，提高患者术后康复效果。

Effects of responsible nursing on postoperative pain experienced by patients with intertrochanteric fracture

Objective To explore the effects of responsible nursing on postoperative pain experienced by patients with intertro chanteric fracture. Methods Eighty-six patients with femoral intertrochanteric fractures, who received surgical treatment in our hospital from Dec, 2010 to Dec, 2012, were selected as study subjects. With the knowledge and consent of the patients and following the signing of the letter of agreement, the patients were randomly divided into the intervention group and the control group, each consisting of 43 pa tients. The patients in the intervention group received responsible nursing in the holistic nursing mode, while the patients in the control group were given routine nursing in the Department of Orthopedics. The effects of responsible nursing on postoperative pain were com pared, through analysis of the pain scores of the two patient groups. Results Pain scores for the intervention group were significantly lower than those of the control group, and statistical significance could clearly be noted between the two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Re sponsible nursing could significantly release pain of the patients with intertrochanteric fracture and hasten recovery after surgery.
