培土生金方治疗小儿哮喘21例

目的 分析采用中药进行小儿哮喘的治疗效果.方法 选取2010年5月至2012年5月收治的40例小儿哮喘病例作为临床研究对象,将全部患儿根据治疗方法分为观察组（21例）和对照组（19例）.对照组主要给予常规西药治疗;观察组主要给予中药辨证疗法治疗.结果 观察组分别针对哮喘急性发作、热性哮喘、寒性哮喘等诱发因素进行辩证施治,临床疗效理想,总有效率显著高于对照组,二者差异显著（P＜0.05）.结论 在常规西医治疗的基础上增加中医药的辨证疗法,能更有针对性地治疗小儿哮喘,效果更好.

Asthma Treatment by Traditional Chinese Medicine for 21 Cases

Objective To analyze the curative effect of using Chinese medicine to pediatric asthma. Methods Select our hospital From May 2011 to May 2011 treated 40 cases of pediatric asthma cases as clinical research object,and all children according to treatment method can be divided into Observation group （21 cases） and control group （19 cases）. Control group given conventional PiTang hormone mainly atomization inhalation treatment; Observation group mainly Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy. Results Observation group respectively for asthma acute attack of asthma, hot, cold asthma triggers such as dialectical, providing ideal clinical effect, total effective rate was significantly higher than that of control group, significant difference between them （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of conventional western medicine treatment, the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation therapy, can be more targeted treatment of pediatric asthma, effect is better.
