膀胱癌尿脱落细胞Survivin蛋白表达的研究

摘    要:目的探讨膀胱肿瘤尿脱落细胞中Survivin蛋白的表达与临床、病理特征的关系,以及在膀胱肿瘤诊断中的价值。方法用免疫组织化学方法(S-P法)检测膀胱肿瘤75例、腺性膀胱炎2例、正常对照10例的尿沉渣Survivin蛋白的表达。结果Survivin蛋白在对照组中无表达;腺性膀胱炎2例均表达;膀胱肿瘤组高表达,表达率96.00%,但与肿瘤的分期、分级无关(P>0.05)。尿脱落细胞学检查阳性率为34.67%。两者相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。结论Survivin蛋白在正常膀胱组织中不表达,癌前病变中可有表达,膀胱癌细胞中呈高表达。尿Survivin蛋白检测具有较高的敏感性和特异性,不失为膀胱肿瘤客观评价和早期诊断的重要指标。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of apoptosis inhibited gene Survivin in urine bladder tumors and relationship with pathological parameter, evaluate its application in diagnosis of bladder tumors. Methods The surviving was detected by immunohistochemical assay (S-P method) in urine sediments samples of the 75 cases of bladder tumor, 2 Glandulose cystitis, and 10 normal control. Results The Survivin was not express in the normal, positive expression in 2 example of Glandulose cystitis. Present the high expression in the urine bladder tumor, the positive rate was 96%(72/75). The expression was not related to tumor grade, stage, transferring, the positive rate was 34.67 %(26/75) of the urine cytology in urine sediment from 75 cases of bladder cancer. There was a sufficient difference between them (P<0.05). Conclusion The protein of Survivin present high expression in the urine bladder tumor. The protein of Survivin in urine sediment has a high sensitivity and specialization, it can be used as a good maker on the objective evaluation and early diagnose for bladder carcinoma.
