国产电解可脱性微弹簧圈的初步临床应用

目的在完成了国产可控电解弹簧圈(吴氏可控电解弹簧圈,WEDC)性能测定的情况下,我们用国产产品栓塞颅内动脉瘤共16例,并初步总结了临床经验.方法选择动脉瘤的体-颈比例大于2,患者拒绝开颅手术并强烈要求使用国产材料的病例共16例,单独应用WEDC栓塞动脉瘤9例,与进口产品联合应用7例.结果 WEDC的临床应用效果满意,完全栓塞9例,次全栓塞6例,部分栓塞1例.DSA复查2例无复发迹象.其余病例术后无蛛网膜下腔出血发作.结论 WEDC性能可靠,临床效果确实,本研究的成功明显减少了病人的治疗费用,推广后可使更多的动脉瘤患者受益.

Primary clinical usage of self-made electrolytic detachable coil

Objective To conclude the primary clinical experience of 16 aneurysm cases embolized with the self made electrolytic detachable coil mamed as WEDC, which having completed the function test in laboratory. Methods We select 16 cases whose body/neck ratio of aneurysm was larger than 2, who reject surgical operation and desire the WEDC because of economic reason. The aneurysms were embolized with only WEDC in 9 cases, and there were 7 cases occluded by combined using of WEDC and GDC.Results The results were satisfying. 9 of 15 cases were totally embolized, 7 of 15 cases were subtotally occluded. 2 cases of followup by DSA showed no sign of recurrene. No subarachnoid hemorrhage happened in other 5 cases. Conclusion This had confirmed the efficiency and safety of WEDC. The research decrease sharply the expense of patients. We think that the extensive use of the product could benefit more patients with intracranial aneurysms.
