骨牵引与皮牵引缓解髋关节骨折疼痛的比较研究

目的：评估皮牵引加“丁”字防旋鞋缓解髋关节骨折疼痛的功效。方法：将38名股骨颈或粗隆间骨折的病人随机分成2组，一组采用皮牵引加“丁”字防旋鞋，另一组采用胫骨结节骨牵引，采用VAS法测定疼痛程度，分别在首次就诊、牵引后24h和48h测定VAS指数。结果：皮牵引加“丁”字防旋鞋缓解髋关节骨折疼痛功效类似于胫骨结节骨牵引，能显著减轻病人疼痛。结论：皮牵引加“丁”字防旋鞋能显著减轻髋关节骨折疼痛，操作简单，值得在临床推广使用。

Comparison of the Efficacy of Pain Alleviation for Hip Fracture between Skin and Sketefal Tractions

Objective:To evaluate the pain elleviation efficacy of skin tractin with anti rotation shoe for hip fracture. Methods:38 patients with femornl neck fracture or intertrochanteric fracture were divided randomizdly into two groups, one group was preformed with skin traction with anti rotation shoe, the other was performed with sketefal traction. The effect on pain alleviation was evaluated with a Visnal Analogne Scale(VAS) at the first diagnostic time in emergency room 24 hours Later and 48 hours later after the traction. Results:Skin traction with anti rotation could significantly alleviate hip fracture pain ( P <0.05). There was no difference between skin and sketefal traction ( P >0.05).Conclnsion:Skin traction with anti rotation shoe was a valuable way to alleviate hip fracture pain.
