| 摘 要： | 目的：介绍改良椎管-腹腔分流治疗交通性脑积水的临床价值。方法：回顾分析经皮穿刺置管椎管-腹腔分流治疗36例交通性脑积水的临床结果，并与同期脑室-腹腔分流法相比较。结果：脑积水控制35例，仅1例由于脑脊液细胞数及蛋白高而出现分流管阻塞。结论：此分流方法治疗交通性脑积水具有微创、效果良好、并发症少的特点。

| Abstract: | Objective:To introduce the clinical value of percutaneous lumboperitoneal shunt used in 36 patients having communicating hydrocephalus.Methods:Percutaneous lumboperitoneal shunt has been used in 36 patients having communicating hydrocephalus.Result:Thirty cases had been fellowed up from 6 months to 5 years.All of the cases had achieved total control,no shunt obstruction and infection occurred after operation.Conclusion:The shunting is good for communicating hydrocephalus,good improvement and less complication. |
