思密达及大黄联合血液灌流防治百草枯中毒后多器官功能障碍综合征的临床观察

摘    要:目的 :探讨防治百草枯中毒后多器官功能障碍综合征 (MODS)发生的有效方法。方法 :将确诊的 6 0例百草枯中毒患者随机分为治疗组和对照组 ,各 30例。对照组行血液灌流及基础治疗 ;治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用口服思密达、大黄。观察 2组伴发多脏器损害的情况。结果 :治疗组与对照组比较 ,MODS的发生率及其严重程度均显著降低 (P<0 .0 5或 P<0 .0 1)。结论 :思密达、大黄对百草枯中毒后 MODS的发生有明显的防治作用。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the effective way to preventing and treating the occurrence of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome(MODS) after paraguat poisoning.Methods:Sixty cases with paraguat poisoning were randomly divided into two groups:the treated group(n=30) and control group (n=30).In control group, hemoperfusion and basic therapy were used,but in treated group oral treatment of smecta and rhubarb were added.Multiple organ injury were observed in both groups.Results:The occurrence rate and injury degree of MODS were markedly attenuated in the treated group compared with the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions:Smecta and rhuburb possess obviously effect on reducing MODS occurrence and decreasing injury after paraguat poisoning.
