| 摘 要： | 目的 总结和探讨胎盘早剥的发生、临床特点和处理方法，研究有效预防和分析胎盘早剥的发生、发展和危害性。方法 对我院1996—2006年收治19例胎盘早剥的资料进行回顾性分析。结果 大多数病例母婴平安，少数病例发生异常，如果处理不及时，可致母婴死亡。结论 妊娠高血压疾病是胎盘早剥的高危因素，胎盘早剥危及母儿的生命安全，母儿的预后与处理是否及时有密切关系

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize and to discuss the happening,clinical characteristics and treatment of placental abruption,and to study the effective prevention of placental abruption,and analyzing its happening,development and harm.Methods: Data of 19 cases of placental abruption registered in our hospital from 1996~2006 were analyzed retrospectively.Results: Most mothers and babies were safe,a few cases had abnormalities.If these abnormalities were not handled in time,the mother and the baby might be in danger.Conclusion: Gestational hypertension is a high risk factor of placental abruption which endangers the life safety of mother and baby.The prognosis of mother and baby is closely related to whether the condition is handled in time or not. |
