| 摘 要： | 目的 了解烧伤患者红细胞免疫功能的变化及其特点。方法 采用酵母花环试验测定了 5 2例烧伤患者及 40例健康体检者RBC C3 bRR和RBC ICR这两项红细胞免疫功能的主要指标。结果 严重烧伤患者RBC C3 bRR较对照组明显降低 ,而RBC ICR则明显升高。从而表明在烧伤患者体内 ,红细胞的免疫粘附功能低下。结论 在对烧伤的临床治疗过程中 ,我们不仅要调节白细胞免疫系统的功能 ,改善患者红细胞免疫功能也是十分必要的。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the changes of erythrocyte immunity and its characteristics in burned patients.Method 52 burned patients were divided into sever burned group(34 cases) and slight burned group(18 cases) in accordance with TBSA and depth,in addition,40 healthy individuals served as the control group.RBC C 3bRR and RBC ICR wrer detected using C 3b sensibilized and unsensibilized yeast cell.Results The RBC C 3bRR of the severe burned group is lower than those of control group and the slight burned group(P<0.01),and there was no significant difference between the slight burned group and the control group.The RBC ICR of burned patients was higher than that of the healthy individuals.Conclusion These results indicated that the erythrocyte immunity in burned patients is low.Therefore,its helpful and necessary to immprove the erythrocyte immunity in clinical therapy of burns. |
