| 摘 要： | 由于医学生在实习过程中对临床诊疗工作不熟悉,常出现书写病案不完整和不规范等问题,因此我们在妇产科课程改革中建立病案标准化模板,以提高医学生的实习效果。

| Abstract: | During the internship,medical students often have some problems,such as writing medical records to be incomplete or not standardized,because they are not familiar with the clinical work.Therefore,the authors have established the standardized templates in the internship reform of obstetrics and gynecology for medical students to improve their practice effects. |
