C臂下闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨远端骨折

目的 总结股骨逆行交锁髓内钉应用的适应证、优点及其疗效.方法 1999年2月～2006年4月,31例股骨远端骨折患者被采用C臂下闭合复位逆行交锁髓内钉治疗并早期行膝关节功能锻炼.结果 31例患者均获得随访,随访时间8～24个月,平均11个月,全部骨性愈合,功能恢复良好.骨折平均愈合时间4个月, 据HSS膝关节临床功能评分标准:优16例、良13例、一般2例.优良率为93.5%.结论 逆行交锁髓内钉系统是治疗股骨远端骨折的理想方法,具有固定牢固、骨折处血供破坏小、功能恢复好、并发症少等优点.

Treatment of distal femoral fracture with retrograde interlocking intramedullary nail and close reduction with help of C-arm X-ray machine

Objective To evaluate the indications,virtues and effects of application of retrograde femoral interlocking intramedullary nails and close reduction with the help of C-arm X-ray machine on distal femoral fractures.Methods From February 1999 to April 2006,31 cases of distal femoral fractures were treated with retrograde placement of interlocking intramedullary nails and close reduction with the help of C-arm X-ray machine.Early functional exercises of the knee joint after operation were done.Results Thirty-one cases were followed up for 8-24 months,averaging 11months,the average time of bone healing was 4 months.All the cases obtained bony union,good functional recovery.According to HSS knee joint functional score:19 excellent and 10 good,2 ordenary with an excellence rate of 93.5%.Conclusion It is a good way with retrograde placement of interlocking intramedullary nails and close reduction to treat the distal femoral fractures.It can provide a stable and reliable fixation,minimal disruption of the blood supply in the fractures site,good functional recovery of the knee joint and less complications.
