| 摘 要： | 目的：建立高效液相法测定三仙胃炎胶囊中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法：采用Kromasil-C18（4.6mm×250mm,5μm）色谱柱;流动相：乙腈-0.05%十二烷基硫酸钠（48∶52）;检测波长：265nm;流速：1.0ml/min。结果：盐酸小檗碱在0.506～2.530μg范围内,与峰面积呈良好的线性关系（r=0.9995）,平均回收率为99.24%,RSD=0.58%（n=5）。结论：本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于三仙胃炎胶囊中盐酸小檗碱的质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish a method for the content determination of berberin hydrochloride in Sanxian Weiyan Capsules by HPLC.Methods：The Kromasil-C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm） column was used.The mobile phases consisted of acetonitrile and 0.05%-sodium lauryl sulfate（48：52）,the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 270 nm.Results：The linear ranges of berberin hydrochloride was at 0.506-2.530 μg（r=0.999 5）,the average recovery was 99.24% with a RSD of 0.58%（n=5）.Conclusion：The method is fast,reliable,accurate and can be used in the quality control of berberin hydrochloride in Sanxian Weiyan Capsules. |
