高胆血红素血症新生儿换血治疗前后红细胞免疫功能的变化

目的:探讨高胆新生儿换血治疗前后红细胞功能的变化,为高胆新生儿合理有效治疗提供依据。方法:采用祝爱霞红细胞免疫功能测量微量法。结果:换血前后红细胞未洗涤RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR比较,P<0.001。差异非常显著;换血前红细胞洗涤与未洗涤RBC-C3bRR、RBC-ICR比较,P<0.001,差异非常显著;换血后红细胞洗涤与未洗涤RBC-C3bRR比较,P>0.05,差异无显著意义,RBC-ICR比较,P<0.001,差异非常显著。结论:高胆血红素血症新生儿换血治疗可以增强新生儿红细胞免疫功能,提高新生儿抗感染能力。

The immunological functionl change of red blood cells in hyperbilirubinemia neonate before and after exchange transfusion treatment

Objective:To expolre the immunological functionl change of red blood cells in hyperbilirubinemia neonate before and after exchange transfusion treatment and provide reasonable and effective treatment.Methods:Zhuaixia red blood cell immunoreagent and micromethod was uesd to measure the immunological functionl of red blood cells.Results:There was obviously difference between before and after exchange transfusion treatment in unwashed RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR(P<0.001).There was obviously difference between washed and unwashed RBC-C3bRR and RBC-ICR before exchange transfusion treatment(P<0.001).There wasn't difference between washed and unwashed RBC-C3bRR after exchange transfusion treatment(P>0.05) , while there was obviously difference between washed and unwashed RBC-ICR after exchange transfusion treatment(P<0.001).Conclusion:Exchange transfusion treatment may strengthen the immunological functionl of red blood cells in hyperbilirubinemia neonate and increase their anti-infection ability.
